The Team
Dave Hsu and Eloisa Obregon Hsu built Team Hsu on integrity, strategy and relationships, with over 30 years of combined real estate experience in South Florida.
Dave Hsu has more than 22 years in real estate. Born to Taiwanese parents and raised in Brazil, from a farm to São Paulo to the Amazon, he moved to New York in 1985 and settled in Miami in 1992. He speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese and Taiwanese, and personally oversees staging, photography, virtual tours and every detail from listing through closing.
Eloisa Obregon Hsu spent 15 years in banking and financial services as a Branch Manager before real estate, which shapes how she handles strategy, negotiation and detail. Raised in South Florida, she has lived between Miami and Broward County for over 46 years and knows its communities firsthand.
Together they lead a Bible talk, are deeply involved in their church, and support organizations that serve children in foster care. They are proud parents of two, and their Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier keeps the house in balance. The mission is simple: serve with excellence, lead with integrity, and honor God in all they do.
